Nalorivexara - Practical Online Workshops

Getting Your Setup Right

Before jumping into the local SEO curriculum, you'll want to make sure your tech setup isn't going to get in the way. These courses run entirely online through our workshop platform — nothing to download, no installation hassles.

You need a reasonably current browser, a stable internet connection, and enough screen space to follow along comfortably. That's really it. If you can watch a YouTube video and open multiple tabs without your machine freezing, you're already there.

Workshop technical setup environment

Browser

Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Anything released in the past two years works fine.

Updated within last 24 months

Internet

Stable connection for video streaming and interactive exercises. Mobile hotspot works if it's decent.

5 Mbps minimum recommended

Screen Size

Laptops and desktops work best. Tablets are doable but cramped for some exercises.

13 inch display or larger ideal

Audio

Headphones optional but helpful if you're in a shared space. Built-in speakers totally fine otherwise.

Any audio output works

Email Access

For login, assignment submissions, and updates. Check it at least once per workshop day.

Active email account required

Optional Tools

Google My Business access useful for live practice. Text editor helpful but not mandatory for exercises.

Before Your First Session

Lachlan here. I help participants troubleshoot setup issues before workshops start. These steps take maybe 15 minutes and prevent the most common frustrations I see people run into.

1

Test Your Login

Once you enroll, you'll get credentials. Log in before the workshop starts to confirm everything works. Resetting passwords five minutes before a session begins creates unnecessary stress.

2

Check Video Playback

The platform includes embedded video demonstrations. Make sure videos load and play smoothly. If they buffer constantly, your connection might need an upgrade or you're sharing bandwidth with too many devices.

3

Clear Some Space

You'll work with spreadsheets, local business data, and multiple browser tabs. Close unnecessary programs. Having 40 tabs open from last week won't help your computer or your focus.

4

Prep Your Business Data

If you're working on a real business during exercises, gather basic info ahead of time — address, hours, phone number, category. Hunting for this mid-exercise slows you down and breaks concentration.

Still Not Sure Your Setup Works?

We offer a quick compatibility check before you commit to enrollment. Takes about 10 minutes and eliminates guesswork.

Most people breeze through without any adjustments. Occasionally someone needs to update their browser or adjust firewall settings — we'll walk you through it if needed.
