Started with a question
Most local SEO courses dump theory on you and expect magic to happen. We started Nalorivexara because we kept seeing people finish courses with notes they never used and strategies they never implemented.
The workshop format came from watching how people actually learn this stuff. You need to try things, break them, fix them, and see what happens when you change variables. That's not something you can absorb from slides.

Ingrid structures the learning paths and designs the interactive exercises. She spent five years doing local SEO for multi-location clients before deciding that teaching people to do it themselves was more interesting than doing it for them.

Platform Development
Barnaby builds the tools and systems that make workshops interactive. He handles everything from the assignment tracking to the collaborative features that let people compare their approaches and learn from each other's experiments.
